DescriptionI just wanted to post this to illustrate how I closed off the Captive Inverted Round necklace I made for my friend Luke. Basically what I did was to flip the last group of rings at the end back, almost as if doing a box section (but of course in triplicate instead of duplicate). Then I ran a single ring through the top end of each of those flipped back rings where they overlapped and that is what I hooked my clasp to. To stiffen the end a bit, I doubled the captive ring as well. That kept it from being quite so floppy because once you flip the end rings back, there's not much there to hold the shape.Rings used: 18 SWG, 1/4" ID stainless steel (saw cut) from The Ring Lord.
