what exactly are we trying to go for with guiness? i know its the longest chain, but is it like "the worlds longest man made chain?" ie, not machine made. i only ask because i think that machine made chains are produced on a continuous line so you can't really tell what the longest chain is, if we are competing against that.
where is the headquarters of Guiness? it might work to show up with a bunch of chain (a couple miles worth ) on their front steps.

Well you see if we can tell them (and possibly show them) that we have over 10,000 ft maybe they will give us a better look so i am waiting till we surpass the 2 mile length (about 10,500 ft)

I'm in. I don't have any made -yet- but I'll go ahead and start some.
3-in-1 HP? 16g? Works for me. I noticed some people posting about galvy, but I've got more stainless than I have galvy. Is that alright?

I guess we could always continue to do it.
I really havent thought about this or much of anything maille related so I really dont know what we have going on overall.
Maybe someday we'll all find a way to get together and join it cause I know I'd love you.
Maybe we'll submit it to guiness but from what I gather they are a bunch of rather hardheaded fools. Im just bitter haha.
Feel free to make a chain length and Tell us about it, and if we ever have any members meeting at gatherings we could send the chainto be connected.
