I wish there was a way I could draw my idea but that's not going to happen so here goes. . . .
I keep envisioning a necklace made of a full persian/foxtail chain (gauge dependent on pendant size where the pendant is on one end of the chain and the other end would have a smallish finding (possibly hand-made) that would double-back on itself to form a loop to keep the pendant somewhat in check.
What weave would you use for the pendant? The metal will probably be colored aluminum hand-cut rings. One incarnation is intended for an older but contemporary lady who just happens to be my hubby's favorite aunt and I'm undecided on her colors or silver and gold. The other incarnation is for my friend's 15 year old daughter and will be black and red as those are her favorite colors. |
