This is my first piece i have finished (barring the clasp, which i am waiting for in the post), i made this for my girlfriend last night, took about 5 hours, mainly trying to start the Full Persian 6 in 1 weave which was a pain (any tips on starting would be welcome), with 1 slightly modified Byzantine unit as a focus point in the centre of the bracelet
I used 4mm ID rings, 1mm thick, silver coated copper

Who is able to weave Byzantine, also manages to weave Box Chain by continuous flip-back instead alternating flip-back and straight connector.
Transition from Box to Full Persian is easy, then. See photo.
Hope that helps.

Human societies are like chain mail.
A single link will be worth nothing.
A chain is of use, but will break at the weakest link.
A weak weave will have the need to replace weak links.
A strong weave will survive even with weak links included.

Very nice first piece Crimmy. And yes, starting the weave, in my opinion is the hardest part. Once you have enough done to get the pattern in your head, it's usually smooth sailing after that. But the more weaves you learn, the easier it will be to get them started. Just keep going!
