Here's my entry. E4-1 stretchy bracer inlaid with the imperial symbol of skyrim. All of the black rings and half of the green rings are EPDM rubber. All 16 gauge. (Although the green ones look more like 18ga to me.) The silver is bright aluminum and the other half of the green is An. Al.
It's very comfortable. I forget that I am wearing it sometimes (and I've been wearing it while playing Skyrim, which is way too much )
The pic where it is all laid out is just so you can really see the inlay, and how I did the expansions to be an "echo of power" off of the symbol. It's all permanently connected now and just goes on and stays with the stretchy tension like all of the many 4-1 stretchy bracelets I've made.

Here is my entry in the contest. It is a purse made of black AA and glow in the dark rings from TRL. Body is E4-1 and the strap is HP3-1, though I ran out of rings on the strap so it's destined to be longer. I may make a completely new strap out of a wider weave but that will be decided in future. I wanted to take a blacklight picture but then I got too lazy to do it.
And a picture of it without the strap, stuffed with fabric (badly)...

Finally got my stuff done.
Bronze and silicone bracelet
Alligator Back in 14ga 1/4" (7.09mm) I/D bronze and 10mm O/D black silicone - bracelet weighs 2oz.
Pop bottle markers - think wine glass markers but for pop bottles
Aura and Celtic Spikes in 10mm O/D black silicone, ~14ga 7.05mm I/D and 18ga 5.0mm I/D colored aluminum
I made a third marker but I had to cannibalize it to finish the bracelet. |

Okay, okay, I'll see what I can do tonight after work. It won't be in time for the contest to be over (I think...since I usually get home at 10:30) but it's all the same piece anyway. LOL. |
