A couple of months ago I started to make my 5 year old soon to be 6 a shirt for a Halloween costume.He want's to be Aragorn and says he needs a ringmail shirt. So I just finished it an next my wife will make the rest the costume to go with it.

I used Acid Etched 14G 5/16 aluminum rings and it tips the scales at about 5lbs. He is 48" tall with a 24" chest so sized the shirt for room to grow. The shirt is 24" long and will expand out to a 32" chest

When the rest of the costume is finished we will unvail the whole thing to him, can't wait to see the look on his face :D
